The resort boasts an exceptional location right on the Red Sea with clear, beautiful waters and direct pier access for swimming and snorkeling. The grounds, pools, and beach cabanas are pristine and well-maintained. Above all, the staff provided outstanding, attentive service throughout our stay, making the entire experience truly memorable.

Very clean, modern and well maintained hotel. The staff were all amazing, polite and helpful. They do their best to accommodate any requests.
As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Massaouda who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She showed us to our room and gave us all the details about the resort. She is amazing and always goes out of her way to help. She is able to manage multiple requests and responsibilities with a big smile on her face. Special thanks to her.
The facilities are great. The pool is clean and well looked after. The gym is good and has all necessary equipment with an amazing view. The food in the buffet was delicious and of very high quality. The servers were very attentive and always happy to help. The chefs, Abdul Latif and Ahmed, found out my mum was on a gluten free diet and they went out of their wait everyday to ask her what she would like prepared especially for her, despite there being a gluten free section in the buffet already.
Big thank you to all staff at this hotel. Will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends.
