Le cadre était magnifique, le repas était excellent . Beaucoup de choix et une mention particulière pour le restaurant turc et italien .
Je remercie également le personnel qui nous avait préparé une attention pour nos 10 ans de mariage 💒 😍
Certains personnels se comportait bien uniquement si on allait leur donner des pourboires . Et certains tirer la tête avant même de leur demander quelque chose

Très bel hôtel, magnifiquement décoré sur le thème des Mille et Une Nuits. L’établissement est très grand, dépaysant et offre un cadre vraiment agréable.
La plage et piscines sont magnifique et le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours disponible et attentionné. Une très belle expérience dans l’ensemble !
Le peignoir était trop petit et de qualité assez décevante. De plus, nous n’avons pas bénéficié d’un changement de peignoir chaque jour.
Le buffet pourrait également être amélioré, notamment au niveau de la qualité des produits, même si cela reste globalement correct.
Concernant la machine à café, elle ne fonctionnait plus pendant un certain temps. Le problème a finalement été résolu après plusieurs relances auprès de l’établissement.

부지가 넒은 리조트에요. 경험해봤던 리조트 중 손에 꼽을 정도로 시설이나 직원 친절, 시설 관리 등이 훌륭했고, 리조트 내 private beach와 수영장이 워낙 잘 갖춰져 있어서 호텔에서만 머물러도 충분히 좋은 휴가를 즐길 수 있었어요. 조경 등도 너무 잘 되어 있어서 다른 유명 리조트보다 더 좋은 퀄리티였습니다.
후르가다에서 20분 가량 떨어진 살 하시시 지역이에요. 후르가다에서 대부분 투어가 진행되므로 픽업 등도 20-30분 정도 빨리 이루어지므로 투어 예약시 알고 있어야 합니다.
