The staff was very helpful and easy to reach via text/email/booking messages. The room was beautiful and the shower was so nice! We had a great view of the piazza and were a quick walk to some great restaurants closer to the city center.

Absolutely stunning property, so close to the train station and a lovely restaurant/grab and go underneath. Staff were so lovely and very accommodating and super easy to find the hotel!

Very clean and nice decor. Comfortable bed and had air conditioning.🙂
Missed seeing staff in person, no.english channel on TV, paid for balcony but table and chairs were very weathered so sitting out was not a good selling point to sit out and eat only to increase the price! No bottle of wine in room and an increase in charge from the stated total cost stated on Booking.com. so a little bit surprised as we left!
