On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who checked us in and assisted us to our room carrying our luggage .. as I have a disability and the hotel doesn’t have a lift ! The room was spotlessly clean and with all the compliments bits and bobs ! Bed was very comfortable Breakfast was excellent and great value plus a variety of choices to suits all palettes We dint use the bar or evening restaurant as we were costing family
Tetley tea bags not the nicest Think a hotel of this quality could invest in local Welsh Brew
7 / 10Good·Oct 2026
Located near the marina
I was not given the room that I had booked. I had a confirmed booking for a deluxe room with kit sized bed and sea view I got a standard double at the back of the property.

Location was good
Staff unhelpful on check in, wasn't advised on location of room or given any information about restaurant/meal times. Room had a smell and flies, however could be due to the warm weather.
