The rooms are a good size, has a nice balcony to look out to the beach to relax. There's enough towels provided as well as cooking utensils. The host Val is very responsive to questions I have. The masters bedroom is a good size with an attached bathroom You can just cross the street and be on the beach.
The elevator wait during peak hours but other than that, everything worked well for our froup 9f 8 people.

On 6 th floor . Very convenient walk bridge to get to room. Ocean front, very large balcony. Can walk out from master bedroom or den. Short walk to beach. Can walk to breakfast places.

The room was clean and comfortable for the most part and easy walk across to the beach.
The sofa bed was broken and kept slipping down. Toilet seat was loose and couldn’t be tightened. Furniture could use some updating. There were scuff marks on several pieces. The beach could’ve been cleaner, more litter than other beaches and there was a huge group of people fighting on the beach one night.
