They accept very early check-ins, but you need to pay 150 PHP per hour. If you have a pet, you need to pay 300 PHP per pet.
The employee helped us carry one of our bags.
We requested if we could do a late check-out at 11:30 AM, but there is another additional charges and made us pay another 150 PHP.
In terms of flexibility and customer service, I'd rate them a 5 out of 10. It seems like they have rigid policies and aren't very accommodating to requests
