We had a wonderful overnight stay with our family. The place was cozy, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. The staff were accommodating and courteous throughout our stay. The condotel EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS — complete of basic necessities such as toiletries, kitchenwares and appliances, at a VERY AFFORDABLE price! The room was very aesthetic, from the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom ✨ The main bed was really ssoooooffftt! I liked the mirror in the bedroom and the air fryer in the kitchen, very cutesy ❤️ The property owner was also very kind and courteous to let us check in at an earlier time for we arrived at the place early 😅

Maybe a larger refrigerator and have an induction cooker for other guests who will also bring food to cook and reheat (like us!) hehe

Everything, the unit design is very cozy and well thought. It has king sized bed and very comfy and room is cool (AC working perfect). Appliances and everything is new, well maintain. Place is perfect for city break and suitable for family,it is a residential private area. Safe and quiet. We enjoyed the swimming pools. We requested pool towels and they have provided it. We will come back here again and will recommend it to friends and families. Owner and site manager is very accommodating and friendly. They make sure that our stay is enjoyable. We didn’t encounter any issues and we follow the house rules. A great stay, we are impressed and definitely a value for money. Y&S is a hidden gem.

Nothing in particular. It is far from city but we came prepared with our foods and drinks. The unit has drinking water. The towel holder was broken but fixed by Ms Charisse. Didn’t notice the towel holder at the back of bathroom door.

Its good but its in the 3rd floor its not good for older people or having problem walking up.

I would like to share my feedback regarding our recent stay at Y&S Buenavista Homes Condo. We chose this unit to celebrate my birthday with my sister visiting from the United States, my partner, and our two small pets. Prior to arrival, I had already informed the owner that we would be bringing pets. During our stay, the owner questioned why we had pets and a child in the unit. To clarify, the child is my nephew who only visited us together with his parents, who also provided transportation for our daily trips. He did not stay overnight. This was clearly explained, and I even suggested that their security personnel could verify this if needed. On the day of my birthday, while we were out, I received a message warning us about possible charges if we did not strictly follow rules such as conserving electricity. Considering that we were paying guests and were out most of the time, this approach felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Additionally, there were several concerns: * The air conditioning was not sufficiently cool * Only two blankets were provided for three guests * Only two tissue rolls were prepared for a 5-day stay * No microwave available for reheating food While the unit is visually appealing, the lack of basic amenities and the manner of communication significantly affected our overall experience. I hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences.
