Great location, spacious has everything you need facilities wise.
Was very hot without air con and the fans weren’t great but after about 4pm there was a nice breeze that went through the apartment

Great location walking distance to anything you could need - beach, siam park, las Americas, plenty of food and bar choices.
Needed new fans - they didn’t really work very well and were quite dusty. Although the apartment did stay cool as we kept the shutters down on bedroom windows.

The location is fabulous, the apartment is a great size
This was our second time staying here, first time we loved it, this time not so much. Firstly I had to clean the apartment as it was all sticky
We had cockroaches everywhere I texted the owner a few days into our 2 week stay and I’m still waiting for him to reply! The beds are so uncomfortable, lack of pillows, the couch has all springs coming up through it.
A 100% week stay will never return the this apartment,
