Great location Clean

Not major issues but something to be considered. Couldn’t find the trays for the oven. Outside seating needs changing. New remote and instructions for the TV

Great location and a lovely spot.

Location was perfect

Main issue was the fact the garden was completely open at the side of the house meaning dogs/young children cannot be left unattended. There should be a fence and gate.

Nice area, close to Malpas P.Y.O Farm.

Wasn't decorated to a high standard, there were wifi wires on the floor by the stairs that could easily trip you up. Also the single bedroom mirrored wardrobe collapsed on my 6 year old Nephew & locked him in the bedroom - it was very loose & the mirror doors kept sticking together from the beginning of our stay. The owner didn't seem to believe how it collapsed but it was falling apart from the start. No health & safety regulations met at all & no offer of a small refund as we nearly ended up in hospital with my Nephew or worse, I'm also 27 weeks pregnant - the worry of not being able to get my Nephew out of the room was really scary. We ended up leaving stuff in the cupboard with the stress of what happened on the day we were leaving, told the owner & there was no offer of sending it back to us.
