Great location.
No concierge. Lift doesn't go to 12th floor, had to carry my 2 bags from 11th to 12th floor. Booked with breakfast, but Hotel said I hadn't.

Well, the cleaners and the reception people were professional and great.
On the check-in day, I could not get hold of the Hitat Aparthote admin or reception. The landline provided on Booking.com does not go through, and my emails were not responded to. I only received a reply from the email around 10 pm when I had already checked in. The R500 amount which they indicated is for incase you break something during your day was only communicated when I had to check in, that's something that should be disclose before people finalize their booking as what if i did not have any money with me?. The people by the front desk door entrance do not greet unless you greet them first, that was not nice. Our room looked bigger in pictures but was too small that could be improved.
