Location is very center. The building we stayed was very modern and the rooms were clean. Breakfast had a good selection. Parking is done by valet which is amazing as you don’t have to worry about parking on narrow roads.
Overall eveything was good.

The service provided its excellent. The stuff, the food, the facilities. Emre is extremely kind, helpful and always willing to help to matter what you ask for. I stayed at the hotel several days this summer and always he was super helpful. For my mums birthday he also prepared a surprise for her and my mum was super happy. I feel at home when I am at the hotel. Also I feel safe and I know that anything that I would need they would help me. Thanks once again to everybody. Emre thank thank you for take care of us with a smile every day.

was good and people servicial
The sauna cost coupon was not respected, the personel are different from reception, the lady in sauna was not there seems the admin and someone call her at the end the price was not respected as in booking
The finish sauna wood was defekt. some nails were going out, dangerous
