Location 10/10 30 meters from the marina(in the heart of old town)
Escalator to the tram (20m)
Staff especially Mustafa and Khaled are amazing
The owner (lady) is very friendly and communicates with all the clients during the breakfast.
The breakfast is à la carte.(Fair)

The location during the day so close to the marina, shops and diving,
Nice size room, clean and comfortable
1. the noise in and around the reception area, especially at night. Staff have long conversations and clearly need to be trained better. I had to get up at midnight to break up a conversation outside my door (members of staff involved). Not good enough.
2. Overall level of enthusiasm to help by some reception staff was lacking. I was on the ground floor (so really affected by the noise). Reception staff were lacking in any real enthusiasm to help, apologise or find a solution. They looked tired and bored (especially Ally)
3. Whilst the location is superb during the day, at night you should be aware that local bars play loud Russian dance music until 4am. Not ideal for a cosy romantic weekend away
4. Whilst breakfast was strictly Turkish it would have been nice to have had alternatives.

price
its not really a 4 star hotel, staff expects you to come to reception for everything
they dont answer hotel reception number. quilts were dirty with hair in it.
they did not have enough new clean sheets and told us to cover the quilt with quilt cover ourselves.
if they rate them selves a 2 or 3 start hotel , i would not complain
