Really solid stay for the price. The location is great, staff were lovely and genuinely helpful, and breakfast was good. Rooms are on the smaller side, but that's par for the course with a boutique-style, budget-conscious setup, and the design makes up for it. Shower pressure was strong, which is always a relief. Nice modern touches too: USB outlets, satellite TV, and honestly some of the best WiFi I've had in a hotel, fast with a strong signal throughout.
A few downsides worth mentioning. The hotel sits on a busy road, so there's constant traffic noise, I'd recommend packing ear plugs. There's no in-room safe for valuables, which was a letdown. Also only two hangers for clothes, which really isn't enough, at least four would make more sense. Overall, I'd say the room works fine for a short stay, but I wouldn't want to be in it for more than 3-4 days.

I liked Ulas; he was an excellent host and helped me get to know the area better.
There is no soundproofing between the rooms, and the street-facing rooms are very noisy.
I received the requested amenities upon asking.
There is no safety box.
