Location and cleanliness of property. Pool good and general quality of apartment block good.
Quality of furniture. Beds were fine.

We had a very pleasant stay and overall were satisfied with this apartment. It has everything you need and a great location close to shops, restaurants, and the beach.
The beds were comfortable and the apartment temperature was very good, not too hot. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, with showers and toilets, and it was a great alternative on windy days.
The furniture is a bit outdated, and the sofa is not very comfortable, but this did not affect our stay.
Overall, we would recommend this place for a convenient and comfortable stay in Tenerife.

Мне понравилось и расположение и состояние квартиры.
Много посуды - сковородки, кастрюли, есть микроволновая печь, две кофеварки и тостер. Духовка и плита.
Стиральная машина.
Очень тихое место и из окна виден океан.

Central location
Extremely uncomfortable beds and sofa could not get comfortable also did not know it was non-smoking company have kept £100 deposit not impressed. They say this was for the cleaning of blankets throws covers cushions etc I would’ve thought with Covid still on the horizon everything would have been washed between clients anyway Hundred pound deposit was a con they have no intention of paying me back.
