Great location

Location is perfect, spacious apartment, good communication regarding check in and out.

Needs lots of general maintenance, tiles are broken and taped down, bathroom cupboards falling apart and mold in bathrooms. Doors have paint peeling. Needs a good deep clean especially in bathrooms.

1 / 10

Nah, don’t book it.

Property is run down. Toilets all clogged and main toilet is very dirty. Floor is cracked.

As above

Great location and very spacious apartment that is well equipped though does need some maintenance.

Brilliant location above imago mall, so quite central in Kota Kinabalu. Apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Communication was brilliant through both check in and check out.

One of the en-suite bathroom is very worn out and needs updating.

7 / 10

Overall we had a comfortable stay.

Spacious with good layout. Fully equipped but we did not do any cooking and laundry during our 2N stay. Very convenient location next to mall. Very detailed and clear communication with host

Slight bathroom drainage issue but did not bother us too much.
