Location behind Chu the Phat restaurant & along fish lane with lots of coffee shops as well as one on site next to Eve building entrance where apartment is located (Ivy is other half of building). Got good use of gym. Walking distance to busway, Sth BNE train station & museum, gallery & length of Melbourne St to West End restaurants. Great free secure parking bay right outside Eve Lifts for this apartment. Plenty of towel & blanket & tissue supply. Good cool aircon just doesn't seem to adjust when you want to lessen power output or reduce coldness. Beds were very comfy and great the tv channels were easy to operate for older senior person & did not require limited account logons like other places using only streaming apps.
Construction of 2 tall buildings at times started on tools as early as 6.30am week days, in addition to construction in front of building narrowed high density Merivale road traffic if you have a car. Not reflective in rate or offering. Communication was delayed, had to chase up can be unnecessary stress avoided. No instuctions there were 2 roller doors to car park as swipe for road entry park gate was not easy to locate (on side of intercom box). Nothing to indicate where to swipe. Before you get into 2nd roller door to swipe again. Former reviews are correct main bathroom sink still has drainage issue & slow to clear, please fix this before renting out. Read reviews to address functional items. For families there is no dining table & chairs to eat together (ample space to small 4pce). Provided arrival photos as carpet had lots of existing staining, foundation & paint scratchs on doors, general scuff marks on walls so we were not made liable for it. Actual place is very tidy. For families eating in, to cater suggest you take salt & pepper, tea & coffee as only a few thin sachets in fridge, glad wrap, paper towel any other essentials you want to cook onsite. Cleaners to check washing machine liquid/powder tray as not cleaned in a while. Please leave charge foe cordlesa vacuum as it ran out of battery 2nd day. We like to clean as we go.

Great location close to everything we wanted to do.
Could have been cleaner and an extra set of keys would have been helpful plus there wasn't enough plates for 4 people and no basic condiments like salt, pepper and oil for cooking plus one more seat in the lounge would have been great too.
