Won’t come back again

Shower room is really small. You can’t even turn around. Furthermore the shower door is broken and can’t close. And the environment is really noisy since there is construction in front. All 6 nights, at 2am or 3am truck are coming and loading/unloading. There is no air con and we have to open the window and the noise always wake you up. And when we check in , I report that basin drain is blocked, shower door can’t close and walkway light is not working. 2 days later they fixed the drain block, but the other 2 complaints, no one solve until I checked out.

Location is good. Washing machine and dryer is useful.

Decent location, clean and reasonable provisions in the room

The room is VERY hot and I struggled to sleep while there and it was a very unpleasant experience. This was not during a hot spell in London. It was 28 degrees C at 7am in the room with the window open and 2 fans running - it was ~20C outside. No heating was on, it just gets zero air flow and seems to just retain heat. It really needs better ventilation or air conditioning

There was a fan

It was tiny, and very hot, and so loud outside we couldn’t sleep with the window open. There is also black mould on the ceiling of the shower. Probably due to lack of ventilation.

Location vis a vis meeting venues, cleanliness, functionality and quite a competitive rate.

Noise of local train passing the apartment across the street. Lack of air conditioning was a bit of a challenge due to the heatwave (30 C indoors) but I survived with the multiple fans.

Clean and modern

No aircon, so windows and balcony door need to be left open to cool the place but the train lines is so close and the noise was unbearable from 5am to 1am. Aircon would have ment we could have closed the windows and door and reduced the noise.
