The staff were incredibly friendly. The location was excellent and the supermarket below was very handy.
Really enjoyed the pool area and stunning view over Labuan Bajo.
The breakfast was excellent and once again had amazing views
There were a few issues when checking in. We had tried to check in at around 1700 and had to wait over half an hour as the room was being checked if it was ready. Check in was from 1400 so found this a bit unusual. There were other people also waiting in the lobby for their rooms who had been there even longer and were unhappy.
A small issue in the scheme of the stay.

We had very nice rooms with views of the bay. The pool is nice to swim and relax, towels are available. Breakfast is excellent. You can walk easily to restaurants and shops.
Pool area is pretty small, there are only a few big cushions to lie on, then there are lots of chairs to sit and have food and drinks.

Lovely view from the restaurant and the pool
Nothing specifically for vegans for breakfast - which was disappointing
