So stressful and bad

The location is nice

The service was so bad . We had a problem with the key 🔑 and we were stuck outside for 7h , we text them , no answer att all, we called them, no answers, we did contact booking.com and they couldn’t reach them att all.. I really don’t recommend this place, specially if you get a problem and you need help.

Great location but poor facilities.

Excellent location.

Insufficient crockery and glasses. No tea towels for kitchen or hand towels in either bathroom. Mattresses uncomfortable and one of the double beds pushed against the wall.

We were all robbed.

The house offers no security whatsoever, the door to enter the house has a lock in terrible condition and the key to open the door is attached to a safe by a string... therefore anyone with the code can access the key and enter the house.... In March, some friends and I stayed in that house and we were all robbed (cell phone chargers, hair straighteners, makeup, clothes and even underwear were taken)! The company responsible for the apartment has done nothing about this so far and the case has been handed over to the police, so I do not recommend this apartment at all!!!!

Nice facilities, awful staff. Search for more options if you can.

Spacious, modern, good location

Been traveling the world for 10+ years. Never have a Staff this rude, lack of communication and uneducated. Even they knew we were arriving 25 minutes after working hours, the entrance code was wrong, they didn’t respond calls or text. Me and my family stay outside in the street for 1 1/2 hour while Booking try to contact them. Next day they responded rude and never apologized, they only offered 1 hour late check out. I didn’t took it since we leave early. An apology and good service was the only thing we asked, but never arrived. Facilities are good, just be aware of rude and non educated management. There are better places to stay.

La ubicación, las instalaciones ideales para muchas personas. Llegábamos temprano al apartamento, se lo comentamos y nos dejaron entrar algo más pronto de la hora que dice en el check in

Al intentar acceder desde la calle nos dieron un enlace para entrar, pero no funcionaba. Llamamos a un teléfono que estaba en Booking y nos lo solucionaron. La cerradura no daba mucha seguridad
