La localisation dans un quartier calme mais toutes les commodités à proximité. La cuisine et l'espace repas sont bien équipés. Ll'accueil et la disponibilité de l'hôte.
Le manque de pression de la douche, plus d'eau chaude lorsqu'on prend la douche en dernier, le matelas pas très confortable et la chambre pas étanche aux moustiques.

It was very clean and neat with all the necessary furniture. There were both air conditioning and a fan. Great private balcony in the shade of local trees. There was a kitchen in the room but we could also use the common kitchen on our first floor. There was hot water!)) The host was very friendly and helpful. We rented a scooter Honda Dio from him and it was great: new and good engine.

Плюсы:
Очень классный хозяин, можно взять байк в аренду у него же и организовал нам отличный трансфер до Сигирии.
Недорого.
Есть горячая вода с хорошим напором.
Новое белье.
Есть общая кухня, большой холодильник и морозилка.
Блендер для смузи.
На втором этаже нет маленьких муравьев в кровати.
Большой балкон на 2 этаже
Не плюсы:
Ночью лают собаки постоянно или соседи, ни одной ночи мы не спали, к сожалению.
Кухня с одной комфоркой, неточенными ножами и не очень удобной посудой. Кухня холостяка)
Море в шаговой доступности, но чуть дальше, чем написано, но мы брали байк и нам было безразлично.

Continued living here again, everything was super, comfort rooms and beds, no insects.
Very friendly hotel owner, on our last day made a super party.
