The owner n the front desk is sweet. Pool is exceptionally beautiful which is sea facing infinity pool. It’s the only 1 in that area which has a beautiful view of the sea. Rooms are nice and specious. 24hrs hot water available. Ac and tv are in working condition. Mini bar available to chill ur drinks for the hot beach of Mirissa. Loved it

Only the location
The rooms are in need of maintenance. Not at all clean. So many mosquitoes. Staff was incompetent.
