The owners were super nice and helpful. They even organised/bought an extra mattress for my kid. They just made the stay very comfortable.
The roof top terrace was amazing. There are sun chairs, normal chairs - it’s nice to spend time there.
The pool was good for the kids 🤗.
They helped organise a whale watching tour - everything went smoothly.
The air condition was pointing directly to the bed which I personally don’t like during the night.

Superb location, clean and spacious rooms. Everything works as expected. Uninterrupted power and good wifi. And it's a stone's throw from a spectacular beach. The price is a steal.
The swimming pool isn't really usable :) It is very small, more like a dipping tank. And not all that clean with all the rain.
However - across the road is Petti Petti resort / lounge, which has a superb pool that's free to use as long as you order food and drink there.

Great location, right near plenty of restaurants/cafes and walking distance from Parrot rock, Mirissa beach and coconut tree hill. The room was nice and clean with good air conditioning and shower. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Laundry services offered too if needed.
The pool wasn’t very clean and the water seemed quite dark and murky so I didn’t use it. This was the only thing I didn’t like.
