The location was very good, on the beach and midway between parrot rock and coconut hill top. Also the main beach was 5 mins walk away.
The plumbing was horrendous, there was very low flow in the shower, the flush was not consistent, had to open the tank and adjust everytime before flushing. The owner also stays in the same property so he closed the main gate at night so we had to come from the backside.

Perfect place to stay in Mirissa directly at the beach! Hearing the sea during night is a blessing. Highly recommend

Jolly good host.View of the beach was a superb addition .
Its just basic but given the price understandable.No hot water and no AC , only a fan which needs to run for while to really cool you down .Old towels ?
