Hats off—this is a magnificent and spacious villa with spectacular views, located in one of the most beautiful spots in Sardinia. It is within walking distance of a lovely beach and only a five-minute drive from the centre of Santa Teresa Gallura. The generous outdoor space is another major highlight, particularly the large dining table, which is perfect for meals with family and friends, and the beautiful upstairs terrace with its wonderful views.
For a villa marketed as a premium property, greater attention to detail would further improve the overall experience. The cutlery, crockery and glassware should ideally come from matching sets rather than being a mixture of different styles. The quality of the bedding could also be upgraded. In addition, one of the bedrooms had a noticeable smell of mould.
Finally, the swimming pool could have been maintained more consistently, as on some days the water appeared cloudier than one would expect from a property of this standard.

Het huis had ontworpen kunnen zijn door leerlingen van Gaudi en biedt volop ruimte voor in ons geval 9 personen. Problemen - zo viel de stroom uit - worden snel en adequaat opgelost. Goede communicatie met de verhuurder. Lekker zwembad dat groter bleek te zijn dan het op de foto's leek. Uitstekend sanitair en enorme keuken.
Lakens met roestplekken zou ik persoonlijk in een textielzak doen en niet meer gebruiken, maar dat is slechts een detail.
