The apartament provided a perfect base for our 1 week Vienna adventure with little kids. Large, comfortable and clean, well-equipped with laundry washer and diahwasher. They even provided a cot and baby chair and were quick to help with additional requests we had. Very simple check in and check out. The outdoor terrace was particularly lovely and the area was very safe and convenient, with 3 grocery shops a few minutes away. Highly recommended!
Some kitchen basics like salt, sugar would have been nice

the facilities were excellent, (for example laundry facilities, separate toilet and wash facilities, cooking amenities)
the bathtub is slightly difficult to climb in and out of due to the height (so may have easier to navigate a shower cubicle) but other than that, it was a beautiful apartment

In kühlen Zeiten (Winter, Herbst, Frühling) würde ich 10* vergeben. Aber zu Hitzewellen, wo unter Tags das Fenster zubleiben muss, es in der Nacht auch nur bedingt abkühlt, die Straße ab 5 Uhr Busverkehr hat, die Feuerwache gegenüber ist, ... ist ein erholsamer Schlaf schwierig. Ansonsten: super Ausstattung, Einrichtung durchdacht und stylish. Mikrowelle, Kühschrank, ... alles top sauber.
Die Woche war sehr heiß. Ich kann bei 27 Grad im Zimmer und ohne Klima nicht gut schlafen.

New building, excellent water pressure, comfortable bed, full kitchen, large balcony, elevator.
While excellent for those who need to get to the Wien Messe, it's a bit out of the center of town for casual tourists. The ventilator was enough for our purpose, but in case of a heatwave, full air conditioning will be needed.
