The house is beautifully and tastefully appointed. There are spectacular views across the Fal and harbour from all the front-facing rooms. The hot tub was ready and easy to use. The kitchen is well-equipped with high quality appliances and plenty of cookware. It is situated on the first floor with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and another in the loft conversion. There are 3 bedrooms, and each one had sole access to its own bathroom and shower or bath. There was off-road parking for one car and the walk into town took 20 minutes, although very hilly!
It is situated in quite high density housing, which was not made clear in photos or the description. Hand wash, toilet paper and towels were provided but not shower gel or shampoo.
It was an enjoyable stay but I wouldn't stay again.

The apartment was generally of an acceptable standard. Showers were very good.
The apartment is located at the edge of a council estate, very congested road and parking was difficult. The standard of the beds and bedding was awful, the mattresses were very soft and lumpy and the bedding was old and worn and very hot (flanette duvet covers in September 🥵). The towels were hard. The fridge and bathrooms although appearing very clean all had a very unpleasant smell. For anyone with any mobility issues this is not an apartment I'd recommend the lock box is located on the floor so difficult to use and the stairs are very steep.
