Elaine’s exceptional attention to detail made the stay incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was ready upon arrival, which made settling in so easy. The kitchen was especially impressive — fully equipped with all the items needed to prepare meals, plus condiments thoughtfully provided. The care and preparation that went into the house were fantastic and really appreciated.
What I didn’t like was the traffic noise at night in the upstairs bedrooms.
Cars passing by made it difficult to sleep, especially in the front rooms.
Installing double‑glazed or even triple‑glazed windows upstairs would make a big difference and improve comfort for future guests.

The extra supplies were a lovely surprise - snacks for the kids, condiments, bread/milk basics.
The beds left us with a bit of a sore back. If the pillows weren't so high that would help.

Just amazing from when we walked in the door, open, light, warm all things not often found in Ballarat. Then everything just so inviting and welcoming with a welcome basket and well provided amenities.
You could hear the traffic from the top bedrooms. Quite road but can hear the cars driving by.
