It's spacious, clean, and well-equiped. Great place to stay especially for big group.
The water from shower in the guest bathroom was quite small, but good thing is water is hot enough.

It was handy having a service station/supermarket across the street. Quiet area, even though accommodation is on a main road, you couldn't hear the road noise from inside the property. Good sized house and the beds were comfy.
There weren't many amenities. No spare blankets, the heating was ok, but took a long time to warm up. Only one TV, shame there wasn't one in the front lounge area. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 adults was not enough. A lot of empty cupboards, but not enough plates, cooking utensils. One tea towel. Shower pressure in main bathroom was poor.

It’s big and easy to find. It’s in front of IGA and a few minutes drive to and from Sovereign Hill. Good location. The house is huge, as well. The host was easy to communicate when we got questions about the property before our booking day.
Dirty property. Sticky floors. The sink still has used sponges and the sponge holder was yucky. Freezer still has left over chicken and ice cream (not sure if it’s from the previous guest or the owner). The fridge was not cleaned. The carpet seemed like it was not vaccummed at all. Spider webs all over the place. Benches at the pantry was dirty. And the tissue / toilet papers on both toilet were left overs from the previous guests. When the left over toilet papers were all used, no spare tissue papers provided or given at all. We messaged the host about it, but he/she didn’t respond about toilet papers.
