Getting in touch with the apartment owner was easy and quick - she gave us tips on getting around, transport, and other useful things. Picking up the keys was hassle-free, and we could check in at a time that suited us. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The terrace deserves its own mention - the sunrise there was magical, the terrace itself is huge, and it was just perfect for having breakfast and dinner outside. The building is 5 minutes from the metro and bus stop, and 10 minutes from the Colosseum or the train station. Grocery stores are close to the metro too. Check-out was just as easy.
The air conditioning kept things comfortable even in the heat, and there's a coffee machine in the apartment, which coffee lovers will appreciate. The bed is large and really comfortable, with soft towels in the bathroom.
I'd highly recommend this apartment - great value for money.

Good location, 5-7 min to the underground/locals cafe/supermarkets. Have a terrace with BBQ zone, air conditioner and all for living.
You can't stay there without Air conditioner, because it's top floor.

The terrace itself is amazing, one of the best views of Rome you will get. The space inside is limited but functional. This is a studio, so most likely if someone wants to work late you will do it in the terrace (which is not a bad scenario at all). The location is great, very close to metro and tram lines. The Via Pigneto areas (left and right) are great places to eat something and enjoy a great time close to the aparment. Enely was always communicative and helpful, I would definitely stay again.
There were some issues when arranging access to the property. Keep in mind you may need internet to communicate and plan ahead. Also keep in mind the acess is by elevator and after that there is a short flight of stairs. These were minor hinderances, and Enely was always a great and kind host.
