Brilliant location right in the centre of Calero and minutes from everything, yet very quiet. Spacious, well equipped and clean apartment. Added bonus to have a washing machine as well. Fabulous sea views over the marina. I will certainly stay here again.

No air conditioning in the bedroom. It would be a useful addition to provide a fan for this room.

I have stayed in this property previously. It is a spacious apartment with a location that is second to none with a lovely view over the marina. Whilst it is close to everything Calero has to offer it is very peaceful. The apartment is dated but it is clean and good value for money.

It is important to note that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom. As the bedroom window is beside the access stairs for me it is not secure to keep open at night. Therefore, I pointed out that it would be useful for the owners to provide a fan for this room as it becomes hot and stuffy. When I booked this time, I requested a fan for the room and several times before and on the day of my stay. I was fobbed off by saying they were trying to find one, the cleaner was told to bring one, then they couldn't be contacted. It was suggested that I open the window. I explained that as we were in a calima with very high temperatures that it would not help matters. When I returned from dinner the bedroom was like an oven. So, I had to sleep in the living room (where the air con unit is) on a very uncomfortable makeshift bed. A horrible night's sleep was had. Thus why I have reduced my review score. I was extremely disappointed that a request (that was not unreasonable and requested in good time) was not able to be met. This was the only downfall but a significant one for me.
