We had booked with an urgent request - same day early morning and needed it in an hour. I Asked them to call me on whatsapp and they did right away.
They accommodated all My questions and messages . I booked for my parents who were leaving a very bad B&B and needed a place right away. We ended up having to cancel unfortunately , because of the lack of a lift -the hotel was honest and upfront ,since they understood my needs. My father’s illness required a lift. For this I am grateful. Honest and upfront even if it meant canceling on them. Knowing my situation. That means they’re honest and have great service.

It was really on a perfect spot, nearby interesting places like the Vatican and Forum Romanum. Also the area had a lot of nice restaurants.

The location was fantastic. The apartment is ample and comfortable.
There were no blackout curtains in the living area where the sofa bed was. Therefore the kids would not sleep comfortably and wake up early. We bought black garbage bags and tape them on to the window to cover the sun. There were too many steps to go up to the apartment. We had heavy luggage. I wish I had seen the small font about not having elevator.

The location
Communication could have been better prior to our arrival. We had requested and were approved for an early check-in at noon, however, when we were about to arrive, we were told that we could not check in until one. After some back-and-forth we were able to check in at noon but originally we were just told no. The property is a third floor walk up. We had to walk up eight flights of steps with our luggage. We are both in our 60s so this was a little difficult. However, the bed was very comfortable in the location was great.
