We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our time at the hotel. The service was excellent, friendly, and attentive.
A very special thank you to Ms. Ovsanna for her outstanding support. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and always went the extra mile to assist us. Her warm and professional attitude truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

New building, rooms, very clean, thoughtfully done. They even had a crib in the room. Staff very attentive, greeted us with wine and a cheese board. Exceptional service.

The property is in a great central location but still quiet. It is new and very modern with a lovely terrace out the back over looking a pretty garden and pool. The breakfast was amazing and beautifully presented. The staff were all welcoming and charming making our stay very memorable.

Everything in this hotel was amazing :) especially the staff. We were staying in Goris for only 1 night so were booked standard room. We’ve got upgraded to a bigger room with balcony overlooking the nice garden and pool. I would love to stay longer, the whole equipment and service is worth the money.
In the room you have everything you need: Samsung TV - which is awesome we could pair our iPhone with it and watch F1 race :D
AC, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, nice smelling shampoo and shower gel. And even a little comb, vanity Kit and toothbrush!
I must also give credit to the constructors that build the windows. They are really well insulated - you can’t hear any music from pool area :)
Pool was also great and clean. Breakfast was delicious as well - you can chose from a variaty of foods and local bread. The staff was very much helpfull and welcoming. We’ve even received a free armenian wine and cheese platter and lovely non-alcoholic cocktails by the pool which only shows that it’s true about this country’s hospitality.
Also shout out to local GoGyros bistro for best chicken shwarma we’ve had:)
