Brilliant location.
Lovely views.
Spacious.
Great WiFi.
Little contact from staff, tried calling/texting multiple times in relation to check in details. No luggage storage in complex. Check in is 4pm, our room was not ready despite numerous calls to the owner, we went up to the apartment at 4:50pm and the maid was still in there.
Room was not fully cleaned for example:
1. Hole in bath towels (not replaced throughout our entire stay)
2. Glasses provided were dirty.
3. Pillow for the bed were filthy and clearly not washed.
4. Hairs found in freezer.
5. Floor was dirty.
6. There was a horrible smell from the bathroom throughout our entire stay.
Also to note, the lifts take quite awhile to arrive in the complex as it’s old and outdates(sometimes it didn’t arrive at all and had to take the stairs for 12 floors). Pool is not free, you must pay €1 per bed and umbrella per day.

Não há recepção, nem contacto pessoal com qualquer anfitrião ou representante, sendo tudo tratado por telefone.
Duas horas de atraso no check-in (à hora do check-in - 16h00 - ainda nao tinham iniciado a limpeza do apartamento /
só nos foi permitida a entrada no apartamento pelas 18h00 / não obstante, a nosso pedido, foi permitida a compensação dessas mesmas duas horas no dia de check-out)
Cheiro desagrádavel na casa de banho (mas não tão grave como algumas reviews anteriores faziam antever)
Falta de cortinados ou estores na janela da sala (É inconcebível que a sala - que foi também quarto de uma criança nesta estadia - completamente exposta ao sol todo o dia, não tenha cortinados ou estore/ aparentemente ter-se-á avariado e não foi resposto).
Pela mesma ordem de razão, é incompreensivel que o apartamento não esteja equipado com ar condicionado.
Apesar de estar relativamente bem equipada a cozinha, notámos falta de coisas simples como um pano de cozinha.
O apartamento é moderno, mas o edificio tem seguramente mais de 50 anos e aparenta ter tido pouca ou nenhuma renovação.
