One of the prettiest apartments i have stayed at, equipped with everything we needed, safe and clean

Perfect for us, would absolutely book again

Excellent location and space - perfect for our needs and would absolutely book again. It was great that we didn’t have to meet anyone at a specific time, we could just pick up the key when ready

We had a small amount of trouble getting the hot water to work, but managed to sort.

We really enjoyed this apartment which was well equipped, and a great base to explore Manchester

Great location, flat furnished to the highest standard, spotlessly clean,, very well equipped, easy key pickup, clear instructions and helpful info accessible by links, big fridge, plenty of hot water, relaxing, marvellous historic building (and not just because Noel Gallagher wrote some hits there!). Super hosts are super hosts and very professional and swift to answer questions. Overall a superb experience

My only criticism is the map pin dropped by booking.com doesn't show the correct location. The loft is further down Princess street towards the University. Very handy for both Oxford Road and Piccadilly rail stations
