The morning view, the peaceful location, the onsen trip and most of all the story of padock to plate behind every dish. My son said it was the best fried chicken he has ever tasted, high praise indeed. Beautiful tea too, Thank you for a lovely stay

思い出に残る最高に楽しい宿泊になりました。
宿のお2人はとっても親切でした。旬の食材を生かしたお食事もとても美味しく、心を込めて作っていただいたことが感じられました。小鉢が沢山あり、柿と大根のなますも美味しかったですし、鮎の塩焼きはかぶりついていただきました。お茶への想いをお伺いできて、本当に楽しい宿泊となりました。またお食事の際にお茶をいただきましたが、こちらもとても美味しくてほっこりしました。温泉や熊野への送迎までしていただき、温かいもてなしに感謝しております。また宿泊します！

We stayed here for a rest day during the Kumano Kodo. Jordan and Natsumi were great hosts! The guest room was separate from the main house and had its own toilet, so it felt like we had our own space. The best part of our stay was the dinner and breakfast made by the hosts — local cuisine with homegrown or locally sourced ingredients. The tea (and tea infused food) was delicious! Although the location is a bit out of the way, Jordan is happy to come and pick you up / drop you off to Hongu bus station and surrounds, including the nearby onsens, as long as you communicate with him.

宿主様のおもてなしの心が素晴らしく、朝食も自家野菜を中心に心のこもった品々が並び美味しくいただきました。
最低限のアメニティは揃っているもの、畳などは古いし、湿気の籠った匂いが気になりました。エアコンの匂いも臭かったです。
Wi-Fiがあったけど電波が悪くてスマホが繋がりにくいし、せめてTVがあればなぁと思いました。
