Ήταν άνετο σχετικά με πολύ καλή τοποθεσία η διαμόρφωση του χώρου ήταν ωραία και όλα ήταν δίπλα , η καθαριότητα ήταν άψογη και η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν παρα πολύ καλή και συνέχεια είχα άμεση απάντηση από αυτόν σε οτιδήποτε ήθελα έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένος και θα το ξανά προτιμούσα 😁
Το μόνο που δεν μου άρεσε είναι ότι η μεταλλική η μπλε πόρτα άνοιγε καμία φορά δύσκολα αυτό.

Minutes from the border crossing and right on the high street opposite a delightful craft beer pub. Spacious room and we received a free upgrade. Plenty of storage room. Room also came with water bottles and shower products. The balcony is excellent for coffee in the mornings. Paid parking is right around the corner and charges a euro an hour or thereabouts.
On account of it being so central it can be noisy at night and throughout the day as there is construction going on next door. Earplugs recommended. Entry corridor was a little dated.

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Nicosia. Communication with the host was also wonderful — they were very responsive, helpful and made everything very easy from the beginning.
The apartment was extremely clean and very well equipped, with lots of thoughtful details that made the stay comfortable. We particularly appreciated having adapters for the Cypriot plugs, as well as plenty of storage space for clothes and personal belongings.
The large terrace was also a lovely feature, perfect for having breakfast, relaxing or simply spending some time outside. Overall, everything was very well thought out and made the apartment feel comfortable and welcoming.
Honestly, there is very little I would improve. Everything was as expected and the apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped.
The only thing worth mentioning is that the bed might be slightly difficult to access for older guests or people with reduced mobility, depending on their needs. Other than that, everything was perfect for our stay.
