The facilities are new, clean, and well-maintained. The private beach is beautiful, and the swimming pools are great. The food is also delicious overall, and I was satisfied with the breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.
The staff are not as well-trained as those at other resorts in Southeast Asia, especially in Bali. Their English communication skills are quite limited, and many of them seem to lack a basic understanding of hospitality and customer service.
There were quite a few unpleasant experiences during our stay, but I chose to let them go because I didn’t want them to ruin our vacation.

Les équipements de la chambre, la piscine, la plage à proximité direct. Buffet de qualité correcte.
Hotel-usine, accueil très moyen à notre arrivée par la réception, il faut trouver seul sa chambre sans indication. Aucune indication non plus de prix dans les différents bars et resto de l’hôtel. La plupart du personnel ne parle pas anglais !! La « cantine » car avec un tel bruit on ne peut pas parler de restaurant était un vrai capharnaüm, on ne s’entend pas parler. Le temps de repas est en plus très court (18h-20h30) quand on rentre d’excursion c’est limité !!! Piscine qui ferme à 18h00… Attention, si vous prenez une demi-pension, le tarif du repas est de 600 000 pp, et rien dans les environs !! Bref nous déconseillons si vous êtes en couple !!
