Well located, nice apartment with great view of Canary Wharf. Has everything needed for a short stay.
Having to provide personal details, photo ID and deposit. Response times weren't always great with the help centre. The key drop off hours were not as described. The shop closed from 0300 to 0700, not open all night and in my case opened late, so I was delayed leaving for the event I was attending.
Bathroom could do with a deep clean/tile upgrade. Cleaning could have been better.

The property was very close to DLR station (above it, so it was quite noisy but it didn't bother us). I also liked that there was separate bedroom and the size of the flat was comfortable. The communication with the owner was easy.
The window of the bedroom couldn't be opened, so there was no air at all. In the bathroom there was awful smell and the flat was cleaned just superficially.

There was nothing there that would make me want to go back
What I disliked the most was the noise — it was impossible to sleep, and it just wasn’t what I expected
