Central location. Quirky flat on the roof. Private garden area. Well equipped. The owner was nice.
The aircon vented into the living area and the open mezzanine floor was hot. The stairs to the upper area were a bit shaky and could be fitted more securely

Host reattivo e disponibile, posizione perfetta per raggiungere i principali luoghi da visitare comodamente a piedi, e anche qualora si voglia prendere un taxi per raggiungere posti un po' più distanti come piazza di Spagna e Triana, il costo è veramente irrisorio. Il quartiere è sicurissimo da camminarci anche a tarda sera. L' appartamento è pulito e funzionale. Consigliatissimo!

L'emplacement central qui permet de tout visiter à pied
Les petites attentions comme la bouteille de vin et les capsules de café
La disponibilité du propriétaire qui répond rapidement à toutes les questions
La difficulté le 1er jour pour ouvrir la porte en fer forgé, heureusement le vendeur de la boutique à côté m'a aidée
Appartement un peu sombre, le lit en bas ne possède ni table de chevet ni prise
La chambre du haut est confortable mais la climatisation y parvient difficilement
La terrasse pourrait être agréable si il y avait un parasol, en plein soleil, on ne peut pas y rester
Le clim fonctionne avec des détecteurs de mouvement, du coup, il faut l'arrêter quand on sort même quand c'est la canicule dehors, ceci dit, elle se met en route rapidement
A cause des nombreux travaux qu'il y a dans tout Seville, il n'y a plus de bus à proximité pour se rendre à la gare mais un station de taxis est juste en face
En conclusion, l'appart convient pour un couplé ou une personne seule car le lit du bas est juste isolé par un paravent
Pour regarder la télé, il faut s'assoir sur le lit, je ne l'ai pas allumée mais elle est vraiment mal placée

Communication with the host was very good, He supplied lots of places to go but we had already arranged all our trips, location good, outside space good, although the chairs were not in great condition.. Plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, cups pots and pans etc. Unit was clean but shabby, chipped cupboards. In need of renovation and modernisation. Bottle of wine on arrival, nice gesture
Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Yes the pictures are true to life but you can't see that the stairs in the studio (yes this is a studio not an apartment)wobble, creak and not suitable for anyone with limited mobilty, or someone that gets up during the night Yes there was a bath, but no plug and to get to the shower you had to step into the bath, again not suitable for some people. The state of the oven was a dsigrace, so filthy , not sure when it was last professionally cleaned. To view the TV you had to sit on the bed, the couch was right angles to the TV. No streaming platforms when we were there. Asked for a late check out for 5.5 hours and was charged E100.
