C'était globalement ce à quoi je m'attendais.

Bien placé pour mes besoins Spacieux, bien meublé pour une petite famille Immeuble gardé, quartier résidentiel

Logement mal entretenu malgré une réservation pratique de dernière minute

nous avons pu réserver le logement le jour même et l’hôte a été réactive dans les échanges.

Malheureusement, l’expérience sur place a été très décevante. L’hôte nous a expliqué que les volets avaient été cassés par le locataire précédent, mais l’état général (poussière et toiles d’araignée) laisse penser que le problème était présent depuis plus longtemps. Dans la chambre principale, le volet était bloqué au milieu, impossible à ouvrir ou fermer. Celui du salon était complètement bloqué en bas, ce qui nous laissait dans le noir dès le matin. À notre arrivée, il manquait également des draps. Lorsque nous avons appelé pour en demander, on nous a répondu que nous pouvions utiliser directement les couvertures. Nous avons finalement dû insister pour obtenir des draps, surtout après avoir constaté qu’il y avait des pépins de pastèque dans les couvertures. Au moment du check-out, en retirant les housses, nous avons découvert qu’un des coussins était en décomposition. Autres problèmes rencontrés : - Poussière et vitre sale; - fuite dans les toilettes ; - douche au gaz alternant entre eau bouillante et eau glacée ; - moisissure dans la salle de bain ; - évier de cuisine sale à notre arrivée avec de la vaisselle empilée ; - forte odeur de tabac froid dans le logement. Le logement nécessite clairement un meilleur entretien et un vrai nettoyage avant d’être reloué.
