Sehr sehr freundliche Gastgeber, leckeres Frühstück, immer Trinkwasser zur Verfügung. Man brachte uns mit dem Auto nach Kuta.
Wir hatten einen Bungalow, der nicht auf den Fotos abgebildet ist. Er war wesentlich weniger schön, dennoch okay.

Non capisco come sia possibile che questa struttura sia valutata in modo così eccellente. Anzitutto struttura poco pulita con presenza di blatte e formiche. Il personale si è rivelato scortese: di fronte a qualsiasi richiesta, non si è mai attivato nessuno per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze (es. Motorino più piccolo, Richiesta di un phone per capelli o noleggio di un computer per poter svolgere un’urgenza per lavoro durante le vacanze). Sarebbe bastata una parola in più, un saper accogliere e trattare il cliente in modo più cortese. Stesso discorso per quando uno dei due si è sentito male: mai un atto di cortesia, trasporto in clinica a kuta rigorosamente a pagamento e anzi costoso. Infine, il paese dove si trovala struttura non è per niente carino.perché queste valutazioni alte?
