Lovely views comfortable beds and good pillows etc
Towels in large bedroom were not to my liking and need to be better quality and white
Freya who resides nearby was available and responded quickly to any queries was excellent
No non slip mat in en suite shower and no grab handles.
Large window in large downstairs bedroom needs a blind for privacy. Not curtains
Bedside tables needed.
Chairs and cushions on balcony need updating. Chairs are uncomfortable and cushions old and inadequate
Landing outside door (and stairs to main front door to property)
we felt unsafe as one could easily miss footing on very small landingtogether with a minute hand hold on wall - size of toilet roll holder- before making turn to main staircase.
This open landing for older people and children in our opinion could be dangerous.

The views from the property were gorgeous.
The addition of a designated parking space close by was extremely helpful
The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable and had a balcony.
Nothing really the balcony furniture could have been a bit more comfortable, but was acceptable.

Great location, spacious, quiet with a beautiful view across the estuary and only a short walk into the town centre. Very comfortable and clean furnishings and has a well equipped kitchen. Freya’s messages and advice prior to our arrival were extensive and really helpful in making our stay as streamlined as possible.
