Cleanliness, comfort, good service, and the convenience of having many dining options on-site.
There was a very strong, unpleasant smell when walking near the lake.

The pool
The fire alarm went off very early in the morning. Evacuating the entire hotel. Scaring my children.

The staff is very friendly, all the facilities are very clean, there is a wide variety of meals
You have to pay an extra amount even if you are already staying at the hotel to be able to go to the pool on the 8th floor, I think it is not fair since it is a pool that is part of the installation

It's an expensive placer that offers us nothing different
The food restaurante in the lobby are realiza the same as always.
They charle for everything, and when you call the lobby,they never answer the phone.
