Beautiful apartment, gorgeous view, convenient facilities, good location.

It’s in a great location, beachfront, comes with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella at the beach. The pool is an easy access which is great for travelers with kids. The pool restaurant doesn’t really have good food options. The apartment has a breathtaking view. It’s so beautiful and makes the stay so special. The apartment is spacious it has 2 full bathrooms, nice modern kitchen. Honestly looks better than pictures. The only issue with this place the cleaners are not doing a good job. It’s a beach apartment and it’s understandable that people come in with sand & etc but it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly before us. There is not a vacuum or any mopping products for use. It would have been really convenient if there was one.

If not count on parking, that we pay $200 per 2 nights, it was very good

The property was very spacious, clean, with an amazing view

The parking was very expensive, we paid $100 per night, we have Mercedes Benz sprinter, it fits in one parking spot, but the clearance is high, so they parked our car on first floor and charged $200, per 2 nights, it is very expensive.

Enjoyed it.

The place was good; the view was amazing day and night. and the amenities were really nice and clean. The beach was so nice and clean; I loved that we had two lounge chairs, an umbrella, and towels for the entire visit.

I would recommend that the owner follow up with the cleaning crew. I'm not sure if she is aware of this, but the shower floors were filthy. A lot of black stuff, like mold or fungus, was growing on the tiles around the floor. It was gross—both showers. Also, the fan was constantly running. I couldn't turn it off at all. I think a few complimentary coffee pods in the room would be very helpful, even if it is only for the first day only. While we get the groceries we need.

Great property, great apartment. Georgeous views and weather. However building staff overall meed

Great location. Excellent amenities.

Elevator situation is difficult. Long waits this time of year. Front desk is understaffed for this time of year but very cordial. The valet folks especially the gentlemen running the valet at the lobby is just plain rude. Beach staff were very pleasant.
