At this price point, you obviously shouldn't expect the Ritz. The apartment was comfortable and generally clean. The bedding was fine, and the blinds on the windows were good enough for me. The room faces a road, but it didn't bother me once I shut the window. The WiFi was more than good enough for work meetings and streaming. The room now also has a small table fan. The cooking facilities are perfectly adequate for a quick meal. The location is also very central.
No complaints, really. The bathroom sink was a bit low and on the smaller side, and I had to crouch a bit while using it, but it was a very minor issue.

The instructions on how to get in was spot on. The studio apartment was perfect for my short stay. Bed was comfy and fan was very much appreciated. Great location!
The windows haven’t been cleaned outside recently. There was a musty smell in the kitchen cupboards. But this is me being picky, the flat was brilliant!

The shower was good but would have benefitted from a grab rail as the base was slippery. I have recently had a knee replacement so was very wary of slipping.
Back when I booked this apartment in November 2025, I said that one of the reviews mentioned that there is only a blind at the window which doesn't keep out the bright street lights and would it be possible to fit a curtain over it please as I am a very light sleeper and need darkness to sleep. I was told ' apologies i wont be fitting curtains in there. I will get a blackout roller blind for it'. This never happened!
When I arrived there was a horrible smell in the room which I tracked down to the bedding. It was sour and smelt of stale sweat. I contacted the host and the bedding was changed. However, the smell persisted and I discovered it was the actual pillows that stank. Further contact with the host ensued who provided extra pillow covers. This was not ideal as the smell was only muted. They needed a good hot wash.
The floor near the bed was rather slippery/sweaty too.
The tv controller didn't work.
