Staff very friendly and helpful, we had awful trouble with the initial car hire firm at the airport and ended up having to to get a taxi over to Troci Hotel, after a delayed flight and no hire car, managing to find a taxi...we eventually arrived, a lovely young man on evening reception who immediately said that they could help with a hire car, and take us were we needed to go.
The room was spotless and large, bed and pillows super comfy, breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice!
We booked a room that said balcony with 'Mountain View' much as we searched for the mountain we couldn't see it....it overlooked the street below. Having said that it was ok people watching
