Fully kitted out. Fridge freezer. Toaster. Kettle and washing machine. Nice touch of 2 bottles of water. Shampoo and washing up liquid. Shower very good pressure. 20min walk into town. With the facilities only need minimum amount clothes etc a rucksack.
Shower base a bit spongey but ok.

Great location on a quiet complex, easy to get to the main parts of Corralejo. Nice pool and never a problem finding a sun lounger. Well equipped apartment. (I have stayed on this complex previously, when it was part of a hotel so I knew what to expect)
The only thing that was missing was aircon, although a decent (but noisy) fan is provided and the security bars on the windows mean that they can be left open for ventilation.

The apartment complex is located very near the main town, it was in a quiet location.
Upon check in we quickly realised that the apartment wasn't very clean. We spent money on cleaning products to clean some of the kitchen cupboards and all utensils, plates and drinking cups as they smelt heavily of grease. Also above the cupboards and above the fridge freezer where the microwave sits was thick with grease and dust also dead cockroachs in the living room wall lights. Also the kitchen ceiling lights was covered in grease and dust. Compared to the rest of the complex this apartment and the ones around it seem to have been neglected. No flowers or plants and crumbling walls. The appointment is tired it needs some attention a paint throughout and a few upgrades and it could be great. One suggestion to the owner it needs a really good deep clean. What makes this sad is someone many years ago hand wrote notes and put them in a folder giving info about the local area but this folder is now stuffed in the back of the cupboard. This shows someone did take pride in the apartment at some point.
