There were rules to follow and everyone followed them. No outside guests, quiet time from 22-07:00. Felt safe, The washer and dryer are big and work great. The other guests are very hospitable and kind. The location is excellent, across from the park, near bus stops, grocery shopping, pharmacy, gas station, fast food and not too far from downtown. Was able to use the iron and ironing board on request without any problems. Mary tbe owner answers requests quickly.

It's an older home that needs a little more tender loving care, an upgrade or two would make it even more amazing.

Too cold... when your room is in the basement. However, we stayed warm - good blankets.
