Staff were willing and helpful. Property was well kept.
The location is remote from things with little public transport so you are relying on taxis. There is a lovely walk along the shoreline but not much else.

Relaxed atmosphere. Access to a computer and printer. It’s a smaller place so you can request your room cleaning and take a short walk around the peaceful neighborhood and it will be done when you get back. A short bus trip (#50) to Hadan station. It’s a little ways from downtown Busan but that’s why I liked it. 😊

Had a good and very affordable room during Chuseok. Perfect for the price. Clean room, big and soft bed (what is it with Koreans and bad mattresses? Not here!). Good AC. Good styler. Location has lots of bars and restaurants nearby. I could see a bit of ocean from my room (7th floor). 1 minute walk to the ocean - but no beach.
1 hour drive per bus or train to Gwangalli Beach. So it is a bit off the main Busan attractions. But very doable!
Walls might be a bit too thin for louder couples. No good cloth storage space, but doable with cloth hanger and styler.
