Le design l’équipement l’espace du studio avec de bons choix de matériaux de qualité.
L’amabilité des propriétaires et la vue sur le lac depuis la terrasse. Endroit un peu à l’extérieur (5min à pied pour rejoindre le centre) mais permet de profiter du calme.

Nice porch, well stocked. Dishwasher.
The hospitality was lacking. We arrived early and asked to store a guitar so it will not be in the hot car. They refused. Only after talkes and convincing the relactinlingly agreed to put it somewere in the facility. When we came at the evening no one was waiting they put a key in some locker. And sent an email (that I did not see how to operate it).
We called them they gave us the key but did not stay to give explenation as to how to use the facility.
Checkout is very early 10. We wanted some time to eat breakfast and organize they as expected refused an gradingly granted us another half an hour. When we harringly left and put all the dishes in the dishwasher they came to inspect the room and they saw the the floor was a bit wet from putting the dishes in the dishwasher (we did know where the mop is....).and they charged us extra 60 euros for cleaning. (Dont they have a cleaner? Isnt cleaning after part of the service?).
The bed in the living room is not so comfortable the location is a bit far from center and a bit far from a beach.
In the one week we have been austria we were in other three location all got 10 in reviews. All excelled in great hospitality this one gave a bit of bitter taste.
